Is there a contract?
No annual contracts, ever. The tiers are priced by the month, and add-ons stack on month by month.
Do the prices include tax?
No. Every price on this page is before tax. Canadian sales tax is added on the invoice.
When does billing start?
Month one. The first month is the onboarding month - Google Business Profile, professional email, WhatsApp Business and the social accounts are all built then - and it is billed like any other.
Can I move up a tier later?
Any time. The new tier starts the day you ask for it, and that month is prorated on the days left in it.
What if I want to stop?
Two months' notice. There is no annual commitment underneath it to buy out - the tiers stay month to month either way.
Is ad spend included in the price?
No, and it shouldn't be. Ad spend is billed separately, straight to your own account, so you own the account and can see every dollar in it. Ads management runs $500/month plus 12% of spend as an add-on.
What if I need something that isn't in a tier?
Add it. Social media, extra blog posts, ads management, CRM setup, extra landing pages and email campaigns are all priced individually and stack on top of any tier.
Do you build websites?
Yes, as a project rather than a monthly line item. A full website or e-commerce build is scoped as a Partner milestone and starts at $3,500.
Who actually does the work?
I do. This is a one-person studio, so the person on the call is the person doing the work - no account manager, no handoff to a junior you never met.
What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes, no decks and no pitch. Bring the problem, and you'll leave knowing which of this is worth your money - whether we end up working together or not.
